• Excellent mixing performance. Adopt double-horizontal shaft forced mixing machine specialized for recycled material. The unique cutter arrangement can make sure the recycled material and emulsified asphalt are mixed well. Adopt high-intension, high-capacity, abrasion-free mixing cylinder. The high-wear resisting nichrome cutter and multi-cutter mixing feature quick and thorough mixing and can achieve the optimal mixing effect.
• Aggregate weighing adopts double-carrier roller weighing, featuring stable measurement, small fluctuation, and high accuracy.
• Powder weighing adopts spiral balance structure. The first-class measurement adopts the special ABFC feeding machine, which can supply even aggregate flow, making sure the linear feeding relationship required by feedback control.
• Feedback control online. The first-class volume measurement adopts frequency control of motor speed control, and the second-class weighing measurement adopts belt balance or spiral balance. The weighing signal is sent to the weighing meters to control the frequency converter directly to adjusting the feeding volume, achieving weighing monitoring and supplying excellent measuring accuracy.
• The weighing meter control adopts weighing meters+ PLC industrial controller to control, the operations can be carried out manually and automatically, featuring easy operation and reliable working. The proportion of the ingredients can be set, and is easy to adjust. The machine is equipped with security alarm and emergency stopping system.
